Bread is 48 hours in the making and is available to be shipped Monday to Friday. Order 2 days in advance.
To store longer term and maintain maximum freshness, slice the bread, put slices in plastic ziplock bags, and place in freezer. Use a toaster to warm up frozen slices when ready to enjoy!
So moist and fresh ! I put some terrific olive oil on a slice with a round of Heirloom tomato and the chemistry creates a perfect zinger of flavor!
