Our Country Rye Organic bread loaf, rich in fiber and complex carbs, is your daily slice of Love! Earthy and nutty in rustic taste, this bread is the hearty choice you’ve been craving. Using an Organic Rye wild starter, this dough ferments overnight in a cold environment to enhance the taste structure. This is a collaboration with @labreadguy
Bread is 48 hours in the making and is available to be shipped Monday to Friday. Order 2 days in advance.

To store longer term and maintain maximum freshness, slice the bread, put slices in plastic ziplock bags, and place in freezer. Use a toaster to warm up frozen slices when ready to enjoy!
